This typeface was based on Univers, I printed out one weight of the typeface and traced it onto a sheet of lino, carved out each letter by hand and printed it using ink and rollers. Next I scanned the new typeface in and converted it to vector.
Finally I produced the typeface into a true type font file using a program called 'Fontlab' for use on with Apple Mac or Microsoft operating systems.
Lino-set is now available to download for free from font library, DaFont.
